Identify open findings and tasks by their browser tab titles. Supported detail pages show the record ID at the start of the title, so you can tell records apart when you have several tabs open.
Titles update automatically when the record loads. You don't need to change any settings, and your existing access permissions stay the same.

Pages with record IDs in their titles
The browser tab title includes the ID already displayed on the record's details page, followed by the existing page name and Level Access Platform.
| Detail page | Browser tab title |
|---|---|
| Manual evaluation finding | {finding ID} - Findings details | Level Access Platform |
| Design evaluation finding | {finding ID} - Finding details | Level Access Platform |
| Task opened from Projects, My Tasks, or digital asset Tasks | {task ID} - Task details | Level Access Platform |
For example, a task with the ID PROJ-123 has the browser tab title PROJ-123 - Task details | Level Access Platform.
The title identifies the record by its ID, not its task name or finding summary. This update doesn't change the headings or information inside the page.
Note: This update doesn't change list pages, aggregated scan or monitoring findings-details pages, Common Findings, or Request accessibility support pages. Common Findings keeps its existing browser-title behavior.
Switch between open records
To identify records while working across browser tabs:
- Open a supported finding or task details page that you can access.
- Open another record in a separate browser tab using your browser's usual controls.
- Look for the record ID at the start of each tab's title.
- Select the tab for the finding or task you want to review.
When you navigate to a different finding or task within the same tab, the title updates to that record's ID. You don't need to rename the tab yourself.
Screen-reader page-load announcements also include the record ID once it's available, helping you identify the detail page you've opened.
For help opening a manual evaluation finding, refer to Evaluation findings details.
If an ID isn't shown
While a record is loading, the tab can show the existing page title without an ID. Once the ID is available, the title updates automatically.
If the ID doesn't become available, the tab keeps the existing page title. For example, a task page can retain Task details | Level Access Platform without an ID prefix.
Also check that you're viewing an individual record on one of the supported detail pages. A list or an aggregated scan findings page doesn't receive this title update.
