Who can use this feature?
- Organization administrators, workspace administrators, and workspace users.
This topic describes how to create tasks and optionally push them to your issue tracking software, from the evaluation Conformance tab.
Tasks are created based on each success criterion, with every finding corresponding to a separate task. For example, if you have 10 findings for the 2.4.3 Focus Order criterion, you will create 10 tasks—one for each finding under that criterion.
Note: Tasks created for multiple success criteria will be added to the same project. You can only create tasks for one project at a time.
To create a task from the Conformance tab:
- Navigate to the workspace level.
- Under Workspace, select Digital assets.
- Select the digital asset you'd like to review.
- Under Expert Audits, choose Manual evaluations.
- Select the evaluation name.
- In the Score breakdown table, choose each success criteria you want to create tasks for.
- Select Create tasks.
- Select project or if you require a new project:
- Choose Create project.
- Enter the:
- Project name
- Project key
- Project owner
- Select Create project.
- Optionally, select Push to {issue tracking software}.
- Choose the priority.
- Select Create tasks. The tasks will be created. Note that the platform won't create a duplicate task for findings with existing tasks.
