Go to findings details page
To go to the findings details page:
- Go to Websites/apps.
- Select the website or app you'd like to review.
- Choose Evaluations.
- Select the evaluation name to open the results.
- Select the Findings tab.
- Select the Finding ID.
Findings details
This table describes the information provided for each evaluation finding.
Information | Description |

Finding ID |
Unique identifier for a finding within a website/app. For example, “LA-10.” |
Status |
Remediation status of the finding. Read more about finding statuses. |
Screen |
Name of the page or flow that was tested. |
Effort |
Estimated level of effort required to fix the finding (low or high), based on the associated rule. Note: The effort isn't set manually by our testing team. Actual effort may vary depending on how remediation efforts are addressed at your organization. |
URL |
URL or URI where the finding is located (web only). |
Issue frequency |
Indicates how frequently the finding occurred on the website/app (global or individual). A global finding occurred across the website or app (for example, a finding related to navigation), while an individual finding occurred on a single page or subset of pages. |
Instances |
Other screens where this issue has been observed. |
Severity |
How much an accessibility finding impacts someone with a disability (critical, high, low, info). Learn more about severity. |
Rule details
This table describes the information provided about the rule associated with the finding.

Unique ID of the accessibility rule the finding is associated with. |
WCAG success criteria |
WCAG criteria that the finding relates to. |
WCAG conformance level |
WCAG conformance level that the finding relates to. |
Disabilities affected |
Gives an overview of the categories of disabilities affected by the specific issue. |

Recommendations |
Proposed solution to remediate the finding. The recommendation may differ from the most ideal or optimized fix based on your coding practices. All recommendations should be evaluated by someone familiar with your in-production code. |
Comments and activity
The findings details page also includes a comment and activity feed. Here, our testing team can provide more information or commentary on specific findings, including updated information and screenshots.
Users can also choose to delete their comments. No user will be able to delete comments made by another user.
The activity feed keeps a running log of all changes made to an issue for later reference.
The activity feed will include:
- Issue creation
- Comments left on issues
- Changes to issue status
