Who can use this feature?
- Organization administrators, workspace administrators, and workspace users.
- Available for Accelerate and Enterprise.
You can retroactively update finding details, like the severity or issue frequency, at any time for self-performed evaluations completed with the Test Accelerator.
Edit findings in the platform
Findings for completed evaluations must be updated in the platform.
To edit an evaluation finding in the platform:
- Go to the website/app with finding you want to update.
- Select Evaluations.
- Choose the evaluation name.
- Select Findings.
- Locate the finding you want to update and select the finding ID. You can sort by any of the column headers or use the filters.
- Choose Edit.
- Make your changes.
- Select Save.

Findings for in progress evaluations must be updated in the Test Accelerator.
Open the extension
To open the extension:
- Open your browser and go to the page you want to work on. The extension won’t load on a blank tab.
- Select the Extensions menu next to the address bar.
- Choose Level Access extension. The extension will open in your browser.
- If you're not already logged in to the extension:
- Select Log in.
- Enter your platform URL.
- Select Next.
- If you're not logged in to the platform, log in.
Open the evaluation
To test with the browser extension:
- Select Evaluations.
- Choose the digital property. Any evaluations you've created will populate.
- Select the evaluation.
Edit the finding
To edit an evaluation finding in the Test Accelerator:
- Select Continue testing.
- Find the page you want to test and choose Test this page.
- From the left-hand navigation, choose Findings.
- Locate the finding you want to update and select the finding ID. You can search by keyword or sort by ID.
- Make your changes.
- Select Save.
