The following table describes each status in the PDF testing and remediation workflow.

| Downloading | The platform is getting the PDF. | Wait for the PDF download to complete. |
| Upload Error | The PDF file is invalid or corrupted. | Request support to diagnose the issue. |
| Download Error | The download from the PDF URL failed. | Request support to diagnose the issue. |
| Not Tested | The PDF file is in the platform and ready for testing. | Test the PDF. |
| Testing | The PDF scanner is testing the PDF. | Wait for the PDF testing to complete. |
| Test Error | There was an error during the PDF testing. | Request support to diagnose the issue. |
| Tested | The PDF testing is complete. | Review the PDF test report and request remediation. |
| Awaiting Remediation | You’ve requested PDF remediation from Level Access. | Wait for Level Access to remediate your PDF. |
| Remediated | Your PDF remediation is complete. | Review and download your remediated PDF(s) on the Test report page. |
