Bulk actions for your PDFs

You can use the bulk function to perform these tasks: 

• Test previously untested PDFs. 
• Remove PDFs you no longer want to keep in the platform.
• Request remediation of tested PDFs. 

Charges apply to PDF remediation requests. After a remediation request is completed, you can review remediated PDFs. 

To use the bulk function: 

1. Navigate to the workspace or digital asset level. 
2. Under Find and Fix, select PDF.  
3. Select the PDFs you want to test, remediate, or remove.
4. From the Bulk actions menu, select the bulk action you want to perform. 
   1. Select Test PDF, and then Test.
   2. Select Remediate PDF. If you are sure that you want to request remediation of the file, select Remediate. 
   3. Select Remove PDF, and then Remove. 

When you perform a bulk action, the status of PDFs is updated. 

To view the status of one or more PDFs: 

1. Navigate to the workspace or digital asset level. 
2. Under Find and Fix, select PDF. 
3. Review the Status column. For example, PDFs that were sent for remediation have the following status: Awaiting remediation.
