Download or remove PDFs

You can download original PDFs or remediated PDFs. As well, you can remove a PDF from the platform.

Download original PDF

You can download the contents of the original PDF in the PDF format or as an Excel report. 

To download the original PDF:

1. Navigate to the workspace or digital asset level. 
2. Under Find and Fix, select PDF. 
3. Find the PDF you want to download.
4. Select View report. 
5. Optionally, before you download the PDF, rename it. Select Rename title, enter an new title, and then select Save title. 
6. Select Download.
7. Choose the preferred download option: 
   1. Original PDF
   2. Original PDF Excel report.
8. Select Download. 

Download remediated PDF

You can download the contents of the remediated PDF in the PDF format or as an Excel report. 

Remediated PDFs have the status Remediated. PDFs with the status Awaiting Remediation aren’t available for download because the remediation is not complete.

To download the remediated PDF:

1. Navigate to the workspace or digital asset level. 
2. Under Find and Fix, select PDF. 
3. Find the PDF you want to download.
4. Select View report. 
5. Optionally, before you download the PDF, rename it. Select Rename title, enter an new title, and then select Save title. 
6. Select Download.
7. Choose the preferred download option: 
   1. Remediated PDF
   2. Remediated PDF Excel report.
8. Select Download. 

Remove a PDF

To remove a PDF:

1. Navigate to the workspace or digital asset level. 
2. Under Find and Fix, select PDF. 
3. Select the PDFs you want to remove.
4. From the Bulk actions menu, select Remove PDF. 
5. Select Remove.
