You can revoke a manually requested remediation. Level Access staff with appropriate permissions can upload a remediated file to the platform.

Revoke a manual remediation request
To revoke a PDF remediation request:
- Navigate to the workspace or digital asset level.
- Under Find and Fix, select PDF.
- Find a PDF for which you want to revoke the remediation request.
- Select View report.
- On the Original tab, select the Revoke remediation link.
- Select Revoke remediation. A message box is displayed, asking you to confirm whether you want to revoke remediation of the PDF file.
- Select Revoke remediation. You'll receive the following message: The remediation request has been revoked successfully.
Upload remediated PDF
After a manually requested file has been remediated, Level Access staff can upload it to the platform.
To upload a remediated PDF file:
- Navigate to the workspace or digital asset level.
- Under Find and Fix, select PDF.
- Find the original PDF, and then select View report.
- On the Original tab, select the Upload remediated file link. A message box is displayed, asking you to confirm that you want to upload the PDF.
- Choose Upload.
