Filtering your evaluation results helps you break down results into smaller, more manageable groups. Once you’ve filtered the results, sort them to help you prioritize.

Filter evaluation results
To filter evaluation results:
- Go to Websites/apps.
- Select the website or app you'd like to review.
- Choose Evaluations.
- Select the evaluation name to open the results.
- Select the Findings tab.
- Select Filters. Note that the filters match the columns in the results table. Hide or show columns to change the filter options.
- Enter text in one or more of the empty fields and select one or more checkboxes to indicate the filter criteria.
- Select Apply filters.
Filter examples
Filter results to focus on certain areas of your website/app or certain types of findings. Here are some examples of ways to filter:

Use filters to see findings on the homepage screen with a critical severity.

Use filters to see open findings with critical and high severity that require a low effort to fix.
- Use filters to see findings that aren’t yet linked to tasks.
Sort evaluation results
To sort evaluation results:
- Go to Websites/apps.
- Select the website or app you'd like to review.
- Choose Evaluations.
- Select the evaluation name to open the results.
- Select the Findings tab.
- Select the column headers to sort columns based on criteria from the header.
Hide and show columns
Show up to six columns of your choice on the evaluation results page. The columns shown also affect the available filter options.
To show a column:
- Go to Websites/apps.
- Select the website or app you'd like to review.
- Choose Evaluations.

Select the evaluation name to open the results.
- Select the Findings tab.

Select Hide and show columns.

Select the checkboxes for the columns you want to show.

Select Apply.
To hide a column:
- Go to Websites/apps.
- Select the website or app you'd like to review.
- Choose Evaluations.

Deselect the checkboxes for the columns you want to hide.
- Select Apply.
