Get started with the platform navigation

Your view of the platform depends on your user group and digital asset type.

Top level navigation

The top level navigation is where you'll find organization-level settings, notifications, help, and more.

1. Control hub: Use the Control hub to find organization settings as well as tools and integrations. 
   • Organization settings: Manage users based on permissions given by your user group.
   • Tools and integrations: Includes issue tracking connections, tools & extensions, and the API settings.
2. Workspaces: Easily switch between workspaces you're a part of.
3. Academy: Check our featured courses or head to Access Academy.
4. Notifications: Select the icon to view and manage notification settings.
5. Help: Get help by submitting a help ticket or searching the Help Center.
6. Profile: View your profile details or log out of the platform.

Second level navigation

Use the second level navigation to switch between digital assets, review PDFs, create projects and tasks, and more.

The Dashboard is only available for the following groups:

• Organization administrators, Workspace administrators, and Workspace users.
• Available for Accelerate, Enterprise, and customers who joined Level Access before February 20th, 2023.

1. Dashboard: The Dashboard shows you an overview of the workspace, including the most compromised digital properties, common findings, and more.
2. Digital assets: On the Digital asset page, use the dropdown to select individual digital properties, or choose the Portfolio to view a list of your digital assets.
3. PDF: Upload and manage PDFs for testing and remediation.
4. Projects/tasks: Create and manage projects and tasks.
5. Files: Upload, view, and download documents our team has uploaded for your digital asset.

Third level navigation

Your view of the third level navigation depends on your digital asset type.

The third level navigation includes an overview, monitoring, scans, and evaluations for your digital asset. This menu is only visible when you select Digital assets from the second level navigation.

1. Digital asset selector: Use the dropdown to switch between digital assets, or choose the Portfolio to view a list of your digital assets.
   • Note: You can also switch between digital assets from the Portfolio.
2. Overview: Review the digital property dashboard, which includes an overview of manual evaluations, monitoring, and the automated scan history.
3. Monitoring: Set up, manage, and view monitoring metrics for your digital property.
4. Scans: Run a new scan and review the scan list.
5. Evaluations: Review completed manual evaluations.
6. Design: Review completed design evaluations.
7. Scan settings: Manage scan rules and scan tags.
   • Scan rules: Configure which rules you want to include for testing.
   • Scan tags: Create and manage scan tags.
