Interacting with Ask Level AI Chatbot
The chatbot interface coexists with the platform content without obstruction. You can switch between a reference mode (side panel) and a focus mode (full screen) depending on the complexity of your query.
To start a chat :
- Select the Ask Level AI icon in the top right corner of the platform header. The chat window opens.
- Select one of the suggested prompts or type your question. To insert a new line, you can press Shift+Enter.
If you select one of the suggested prompts, the remaining prompts disappear from the screen. - Select Send, or press Enter. The answer is displayed.
- Under Provide rating, select either the Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down icon, to indicate how helpful the answer was. You can click the icon, or select it and press the Enter or Space key. The following message is displayed: “Thanks, your rating has been submitted.”
To expand the chat to full screen mode:
- Select the Expand icon, in the top right corner of the chat window. In this mode, if you click a navigation link, the page behind the chat updates, but the chat remains in focus. To see the page you might have navigated to, you must collapse the chat to the reference mode (side panel).
To collapse the chat to reference mode (side panel):
- Select the Minimize icon, in the top right corner of the screen.
To clear the chat:
- Select Clear chat. A new window opens.
- Return back or confirm your initial choice.
- To return to the chat, select the Back to chat link.
- To continue and clear the contents of the chat, select Clear chat again.
To close the chat:
- Select Close, in the top right corner of the chat window.
