What's a Program dashboard?
The Program dashboard provides accessibility insights across all workspaces in your organization in one place. Use it to to review the progress of your accessibility initiatives and easily identify areas for improvement.
Note: By default, the Program dashboard displays data from the Access Engine testing tool.
The Program dashboard shows:
- A dynamic snapshot of your accessibility progress.
- Recently visited workspaces and their risk management status.
- Quick wins that can propel your organization to the next level.
- Insights into the progress of all digital assets across your organization.
Use the Pprogram dashboard to:
- Review the risk management status.
- Quickly navigate to recently visited workspaces.
- Compare digital assets by risk management status over time on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly cadence.
- Use Big impacts to prioritize remediation based on WCAG success criteria, categories, and digital assets.
What's shown on the Program dashboard by default?
By default, the Program dashboard shows the following data:
- Results with the Access Engine testing tool.
- To view results from a different testing tool, select it from the report header.
- A combined risk management status calculated using the average across all workspaces in the organization.
- To view the risk management status on a workspace level, check out the workspace dashboard or the recent workspaces table.
- To view the risk management status on a digital asset level, use the digital asset overview.
Display the Program dashboard
To display the Program dashboard:
- Log in to the platform.
- Navigate to the organizational level.
- Under Organization, select Program dashboard.
Choose a risk management data interval from the Program dashboard
You can view and analyze risk management data and its trends over different time intervals.
On the Program dashboard, choose one of the following time intervals:
- Weekly (default)
- Monthly
- Quarterly
To choose a time interval for monitoring your risk management data:
- Select your Organization.
- Scroll until you reach the Digital assets by risk management status chart. From the chart, select Actions.
- Select Customize chart.
- Choose Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly.
- Select Save. The chart and table data will update to reflect the selected frequency.
Program dashboard data
The table below describes the Program dashboard data. By default, the Program dashboard displays data from the Access Engine testing tool.

| Risk management status |
A measurement of accessibility risk based on the average risk management status of all workspaces in your organization. Learn more about the risk management status. The risk management status uses the following statuses:

| Digital asset by risk management status (chart) |
The number of digital assets by risk management status on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly cadence, with a maximum of six data points. Note: Digital assets with no associated findings are not included in the chart. |
| Digital assets by risk management status (View details) |
Select View details on the Digital asset by risk management status chart. The table lists all digital assets within your organization, grouped by their risk management status. The table shows the following information for each digital asset:

| Recent workspaces |
Lists up to four recently visited workspaces with their risk management status. The table populates based on your platform activity, so the list may be different for other users. Select the workspace name to quickly navigate back to where you were working. |

Choose an impact type to review where you can make the biggest impact across your monitoring, scans, and evaluations:
