Tasks can be exported from a project into a CSV file for use outside of the platform. You can export all tasks at once or select specific tasks to export.
Export all tasks
To export all tasks:
- Go to Projects/tasks.
- Find the project you want to open and select View project.
- Select Export all tasks. A download will automatically start.
Export select tasks
To export select tasks:
- Go to Projects/tasks.
- Find the project you want to open and select View project.
- Select the checkboxes for the tasks you want to export.
- Select Export tasks. A download will automatically start.
The following information will be exported for each task:
- Task ID
- Task name
- Assignee
- Priority (low, medium, high)
- Remediation progress (backlog/reopened, to do, in progress, requires review, done)
- Linked Jira ticket (if applicable)
- Task description
Export findings associated with a task
Only tasks created from scan and monitoring findings include the CSV download.
To export findings associated with a task:
- Go to Projects/tasks.
- Find the project you want to open and select View project.
- Choose the task you want to view.
- Under screenshots and attachments, select Download on the .csv file.
The csv file includes the following information for each finding:
- Rule ID
- Description
- Issue ID
- Page URL
- XPath
- Status
- Code Snippet
- First found date
- Times seen
- Link to the finding
- What is the problem
- Why it matters
- What to do
- Task ID
