Request validation testing from the platform

Who can use this feature?

• Organization administrators, workspace administrators, and workspace users.
• Available for all packages.

Seamlessly request validation testing without leaving the platform. You can now request validation testing on evaluation findings. Let the platform gather most of the request data, so you can get more done with an uninterrupted workflow.

Note: You don't have to request validation through projects, you can also request validation testing from the support portal.

Prerequisites

Before requesting validation testing, you'll need:

• Available user flow tests
• Tasks created from manual findings with the status Requires review

If you have any questions about your available user flow tests, contact your CSM.

Request validation testing from the platform

To request validation testing from the platform:

1. Go to Projects/tasks.
2. Select Validate tasks.
3. Use the checkboxes, choose the tasks you want to validate.
4. Select Validate tasks.
5. Choose the testing environment.
6. Enter any additional details such as URLs, user credentials, or passcodes.
7. Attach any files.
8. Select Submit. The task progress will update to Review in progress. You'll receive a response regarding your validation testing request from our the Advisor Services team in 1-2 business days.
