How to search for and sort tasks?
Here are some ways to find and organize tasks:
- Search for a task by name.
- Lists task by their progress or status (in either the platform or an issue tracking software). To do so, choose an option from the Progress or Status dropdown menus.
- Sort tasks within columns (select a column header).
- Hide or show columns to customize what to view. You may select up to 6 columns at any one time.
Note: Showing and hiding columns doesn’t affect the data in an export.
Find tasks within a project
To find tasks within a project and customize the list:
- Navigate to the workspace level.
- Under Find and Fix, select Projects and tasks. The Project tab is displayed.
- Find the project you want to open and select View project.
- Choose Hide and show columns.
- Select up to six columns.
- Select Apply.
Find and sort your tasks
The My tasks page lists all tasks assigned to you, regardless of which project they belong to. You can access your tasks from the workspace level or digital asset level.
To find and sort your tasks for a digital asset:
- Navigate to the digital asset level.
- Under Find and Fix, select Tasks. The My tasks page is displayed.
- Find the project you want to open and select View project.
- Choose Hide and show columns.
- Select up to six columns.
- Select Apply.
To find your workspace tasks:
- Navigate to the workspace level.
- Under Find and Fix, select Projects and tasks. The Project tab is displayed.
