You can request technical accessibility support in the Level Access Platform from a task. Requesting support connects you with an accessibility expert to help answer questions about your findings.

Request support from Projects
To request technical accessibility support from the Projects page:
- Navigate to the workspace level.
- Under Find and Fix, select Projects and tasks. The Project tab is displayed.
- Find the project you want to open and select View project.
- Find the task you need support for and select the task ID.
- Select Request accessibility support.
- Write your question in the text field and add any relevant attachments that provide additional context.
- Select Submit.
You'll receive an email confirming your request.
Request support from My tasks
To request technical accessibility support from the My tasks page:
- Navigate to the workspace level.
- Under Find and Fix, select Projects and tasks. The Project tab is displayed.
- Choose the My tasks tab.
- Find the task you need support for and select the task ID.
- Select Request accessibility support.
- Write your question in the text field and add any relevant attachments.
- Select Submit. You'll receive an email confirming your request.
Note: You can also access My tasks from the digital asset level. Under Fix and Find, select Tasks. The My task page is displayed. Procced with the remaining steps.
