Request technical accessibility support via tasks

You can now request technical accessibility support in the Level Access Platform from a task. Requesting support connects you with an accessibility expert to help answer questions about your findings.

Prerequisites:

• Create a project
• Create a task

On this page:

• Request support from My tasks

Request support from Projects

To request technical accessibility support from the Projects page:

1. Go to Projects/tasks.
2. Find your project and select View project.
3. Find the task you need support for and select the task ID.
4. Select Request accessibility support.
5. Write your question in the text field and add any relevant attachments that provide additional context.
6. Select Submit.

You'll receive an email confirming your request.

Request support from My tasks

To request technical accessibility support from the My tasks page:

1. Go to Projects/tasks.
2. Choose My tasks.
3. Find the task you need support for and select the task ID.
4. Select Request accessibility support.
5. Write your question in the text field and add any relevant attachments.
6. Select Submit.

You'll receive an email confirming your request.
