We provide interactive onboarding guides, to welcome you to Level Access Platform and assist your onboarding efforts. Use the guides to learn how to complete the entire remediation cycle, that is how to test, prioritize, and remediate detected accessibility issues, and view resulting reports.

Which onboarding guides we offer?
We offer the following onboarding guides in the platform user interface :

Note: Depending on the package your organization purchased, some features might not be available or might need specific permissions.
How to access the onboarding guides?
As a new user, you will see the Welcome to the Level Access Platform pop-up, which allows you to select the guide you want to use. You can also revisit these guides later on.
To access an onboarding guide when you log in initially:
- Launch Level Access Platform.
- Select Begin Onboarding checklist, to explore key features and begin your accessibility journey.
- Select the flow that best represents your user role:
- If you're an admin, choose Start Admin Setup.
- If you have any other user role, choose Explore User Essentials.
- Follow the on-screen prompts.
To access the guides at a later time:
- Launch Level Access Platform.
- Click the question mark icon (?) in the bottom right corner of the page. The Resource Center opens.
- Select the guide you want to revisit.
Why you might not see the guides?
You might not be able to see the guide in the following situations:
- You do not have required user permissions. Contact your administrator to verify whether you can obtain the required permissions.
- Your web browser has been configured to include add blockers. Disable ad blockers, to resolve the issue.
For example, to disable ad blockers for your Chrome browser, use the following procedure:
- Launch the Chrome browser on your computer.
- Select the three dots in the upper right corner, and then select Settings.
- Select Privacy and security, and then Site settings.
- Scroll down, select Additional content settings, and then Intrusive adds.
- Change Default behavior to Any site you visit can show any ad to you.
Administration Setup Guide
This guide is created for your Level Access Platform administrator. Before you begin, your onboarding manager must set up at least one digital asset and one workspace.

Scan is an automated accessibility testing tool that checks digital assets against multiple rule libraries to identify potential accessibility barriers. To scan your digital asset:

A finding is a specific instance of an accessibility rule violation discovered during automated scans or manual evaluations. The same finding may appear multiple times across a digital asset. A task is an actionable item created from findings to help teams define, delegate, and track remediation progress. Your admin must create a project before you can create a task.

This is where you can find the digital asset-level report. Digital asset summary provides a comprehensive view of a website’s accessibility status, including insights into overall health and areas for improvement.
