Access Analytics is now retired

To all Access Analytics users, 

We are committed to continually evolving our solution to serve you better, focusing on the development of features and services that help you easily deliver accessible experiences to your users. As part of this commitment, Access Analytics is now retired. 

What is Changing?  

The “Access Analytics” menu item is no longer available in the sidebar of AMP, and all other backend services are disabled. 

• As of October 10th, 2024, you are no longer be able to use any Access Analytics features, including the “List of sub-pages" 

Why Are We Making This Change?  

Our commitment to enhancing our solution involves regularly evaluating our focus areas based on user feedback. After careful consideration, we've decided to shift our attention from Access Analytics to other parts of our solution, aiming to deliver even greater benefits to our user community over time. 

What Are Your Alternatives?  

Although Access Analytics is no longer available, there are other options available to help you understand your data and monitor your results over time. 

• Scheduled Scan Tests and Tests Asset Dashboard: Continue monitoring your accessibility performance over time with these existing tools inside AMP. They provide a solid foundation for tracking and understanding your accessibility profile. 
• The Level Access Platform: If you're interested in an even more powerful set of tools to help you understand and monitor the status of your digital asset, the Level Access Platform is also available. Talk to your Account Manager today to learn how the Level Access Platform can best serve your specific needs.
