Delete a task

Deleting a task will remove it from the project in the Level Acces Platform and stop all syncing activity with Jira. Note that deleting a task in the Level Access Platform won’t delete the ticket from Jira.

If tasks are marked as “Requires review,” “Review in progress,” or “Done,” you won’t be able to delete them.

To delete one or more tasks:

1. Go to Projects/tasks.
2. Find the project where the task(s) are stored and select View project.
3. Select the checkbox next to the task(s) you want to delete.
4. Select Delete. A pop-up will open to confirm the change.
5. Select the checkbox to confirm that you want to delete the task(s).
6. Select Delete task.

You can also delete a task on the My tasks page:

1. Go to Projects/tasks.
2. Choose the My tasks tab.
3. Select the checkbox next to the task(s) you want to delete.
4. Select Delete. A pop-up will open to confirm the change.
5. Select the checkbox to confirm that you want to delete the task(s).
6. Select Delete task.
