Deleting a task will remove it from the project in the Level Access Platform and stop all syncing activity with Jira. Note that deleting a task in the Level Access Platform won’t delete the ticket from Jira.
If tasks are marked as “Requires review,” “Review in progress,” or “Done,” you won’t be able to delete them.
To delete one or more tasks:
- Navigate to the workspace level.
- Under Find and Fix, select Projects and tasks. The Project tab is displayed.
- Find the project where the task(s) are stored and select View project.
- Select the checkbox next to the task(s) you want to delete.
- Select Delete. A pop-up will open to confirm the change.
- Select the checkbox to confirm that you want to delete the task(s).
- Select Delete task.
You can also delete a task on the My tasks page:
- Navigate to the workspace level.
- Under Find and Fix, select Projects and tasks. The Project tab is displayed.
- Choose the My tasks tab.
- Select the checkbox next to the task(s) you want to delete.
- Select Delete. A pop-up will open to confirm the change.
- Select the checkbox to confirm that you want to delete the task(s).
- Select Delete task.
Note: You can also navigate to the digital asset level, and under Find and Fix, select Tasks. The My tasks page is displayed, and you can proceed to delete a task.
