Change task progress

Change the progress of tasks in the platform to send updates to the linked task in your Jira or Azure DevOps instance.

Change the progress of a single task

To change the progress of a task from the Projects page:

1. Navigate to the workspace level. 
2. Under Find and Fix, select Projects and tasks. The Project tab is displayed. 
3. Find the project you want to open and select View project.
4. From the Progress column, select the current status.
5. Choose a new status from the dropdown. Note that you can only assign the Requires review status to tasks based on manual findings.

To change the progress of a task from the My tasks page:

1. Navigate to the workspace level. 
2. Under Find and Fix, select Projects and tasks. The Project tab is displayed. 
3. Choose the My tasks tab.
4. rom the Progress column, select the current status.
5. Choose a new status from the dropdown. Note that you can only assign the Requires review status to tasks based on manual findings.

Change the progress of multiple tasks

To change the progress of multiple tasks at once:

1. Navigate to the workspace level. 
2. Under Find and Fix, select Projects and tasks. The Project tab is displayed. 
3. Find the project you want to open and select View project.
4. Select the checkbox for each task you want to update.
5. Select Bulk actions.
6. Choose Change progress.
7. Choose a progress update that will apply to all selected tasks. Note that you can only assign the Requires review status to tasks based on manual findings.
8. Select Change progress.
