Share scan results and findings

Easily email a set of scan results or individual findings with other workspace members on the platform.

Share scan results

To share your scan results with other workspace members:

1. Go to Websites/apps.
2. Select the website you'd like to review.
3. Choose Scans.
4. Select the scan you want to share.
5. In the Scan results header, choose Share report.
6. Enter and select the emails of the workspace members you want to share the results with.
7. Select Share report. The recipients will be sent an email with a link to the Scan results page in the platform.

Share scan findings

To share individual scan findings with other workspace members:

1. Go to Websites/apps.
2. Select the website you'd like to review.
3. Choose Scans.
4. Select the scan you want to work with.
5. Select the rule description of the finding you want to share.
6. Select the finding you want to share.
7. In the details pane, select Share. You’ll be given a unique URL for the finding.
8. Select Copy. The finding URL will be copied to your clipboard to share with other workspace members.
