About projects and tasks

Who can use this feature?

• Organization administrators, workspace administrators, and workspace users.
• Available for the Accelerate and Enterprise packages. Also, for the Essential package with the Integrations add-on.

You can:

• Create custom remediation projects based on team, component, page, sprint or any other dimension.
• Create tasks from manual and automated findings and add them to your projects.
• Assign tasks to yourself or team members in your workspace.
• See tasks assigned to you in My tasks.
• Track remediation progress from start to finish with task statuses.
• Manage issue tracking connections. You can:
  • Connect a project to an issue tracking software instance, for example, a Jira instance
  • Push tasks to your issue tracking software instance. 
  • Edit a connection to your issue tracking software instance directly from the project page, by displaying the project and selecting Edit issue tracking
  • Set up a new connection
  • Resolve errors
  • Manage remediation progress either in the issue tracking software, or in the platform.
