Share scan results and findings

Easily email a set of scan results or individual findings with other workspace members on the platform.

Share scan results

To share your scan results with other workspace members:

1. Navigate to the workspace level.
2. Under Workspace, select Digital assets. The Digital asset portfolio is displayed. 
3. Select the digital asset you'd like to scan.
4. Under Automated Tests, choose Scans.
5. Select the scan you want to share. The Scan results page is displayed. 
6. In the page header, choose Share report.
7. Enter and select the emails of the workspace members you want to share the results with.
8. Select Share report. The recipients will be sent an email with a link to the Scan results page in the platform.

Share scan findings

To share individual scan findings with other workspace members:

1. Navigate to the workspace level.
2. Under Workspace, select Digital assets. The Digital asset portfolio is displayed. 
3. Select the digital asset you'd like to scan.
4. Under Automated Tests, choose Scans.
5. Select the scan you want to work with.
6. Select the rule description that contains findings. The Findings details page is displayed. It lists all the findings that violated that rule. 
7. Select the finding you want to share, and then select View. The Finding ID popup window is displayed. 
8. At the top of the window, next to the Finding ID, select the Share finding link. The Share this report message is displayed. It contains a unique URL for the finding.
9. Select Copy. The finding URL will be copied to your clipboard, and can be shared with other workspace members.
