Accessibility conformance levels refer to versions and levels of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) established these standards with the goal of providing a single, common, global standard for web accessibility.
Each scan run in the platform tests against a WCAG version (2.0 or 2.1) and conformance level (A, AA, and AAA). By default, scans test against WCAG 2.1 Level AA. If you’ve enabled monitoring, you can change the monitoring conformance level from the Monitoring settings page. For quick scans and advanced scans, you can choose a different conformance level each time you run a scan. Learn more about the different conformance levels.
