Who can use this feature?
- Organization administrators and workspace administrators.
- Available for all packages.
From the Portfolio, you can update the name or add an accessibility statement for your digital asset.
To edit a digital asset:
- Go to the workspace that contains the digital asset.
- Under Workspace, select Digital assets. The Digital asset portfolio page is displayed.
- Find the digital asset you want to edit and select the three-dot Actions menu.
- Choose Edit. The Edit digital asset page is displayed.
- Make your changes. For example, add a digital asset tag.
- Select Save.
This table describes the fields on the Edit digital asset page.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Digital asset name | The name of your digital asset that shows in the digital asset list. |
| Digital asset key | The unique 2-5 letter/number value that’s assigned when the digital asset is created. This value can’t be changed and it must start with a letter. |
| Type | The type of digital asset. For example, website, iOS apps, and Android apps. This value can’t be changed. |
| Tags | Alphanumeric tag, limited to 255 characters. Digital asset tags support precise data filtering and management with the Digital Property API using internal indexes (unique IDs). For details go to Add a digital asset tag. |
| Default testing tool | The automated testing tool you want to see your scan results displayed with. The default testing tool is set to Access Engine by default. |
| URL | The URL of the digital asset. For example, www.levelaccess.com. Note that only URLs with the same domain can be scanned for the digital asset. This value can’t be changed. |
| Does the digital asset have an accessibility statement? | Select if your digital asset has an accessibility statement available to the public. The accessibility statement status and URL is included in the Portfolio report to use for reporting purposes. |
| Accessibility statement URL | The URL to the accessibility statement on your digital asset. |
