Learn how to access and manage digital asset settings.
Note: Depending on your permissions, you might not have access to all of the settings.
Note: Ensure that your digital asset is accessible over internet without any IP or similar restrictions. Learn more about adding the Level Access IP addresses to your allowlist.
To access digital asset settings:
- Navigate to the workspace level.
- Under Workspace, select Digital assets. The Digital asset portfolio is displayed.
- Select a digital asset.
- Under Manage, select Digital asset settings, and then the setting you want to work with.

Monitoring |
Access the Monitoring settings page: Set monitoring on your digital asset to track the accessibility health and trends over time. It schedules regular scans at the frequency of your choice. |
Automated flows |
Access Automated flows. Each automated flow is a set of actions that navigates through dynamic elements and scans important states along your most common user flows. |
Components |
Components: Pinpoint and track accessibility issues in recurring design components. Match components to pages you are scanning in Monitoring. |
Environments |
Access the Environments. Here, you can add a new or edit existing environment.

Scan rules |
Access Scan rules. You can configure which rules you want to include for testing for this specific digital asset. Any changes made will only be applied to future scans. |
Scan tags |
Access Scan tags. Use them to organize scan data for your digital assets. |
Pages |
Access Pages. Your digital asset can be divided into individual pages/screens, which can include dynamic page states. |
