Change your default testing tool

Who can use this feature?

• Organization administrators and workspace administrators.
• Available for all packages.

Your default testing tool is the testing tool used in monitoring scans. Unless you change it, the default tool in the platform is Access Engine for all digital properties created after February 20th, 2023.

You can change the default tool at any time. Note that changing the default tool affects Portfolio and Overview results for everyone.

To change the default tool for a digital property:

1. Go to Websites/apps.
2. From the Portfolio, find the website/app you want to work with and select the three-dot action menu.
3. Select Edit.
4. Under Default testing tool, choose a tool from the dropdown menu.
5. Select Save.
