Add or remove a digital asset tag

Who can use this feature?

• Organization administrators and workspace administrators.
• Available for Accelerate and Enterprise customers.

Add digital asset tags to support precise data filtering and management with the Digital Property API using internal indexes (unique IDs). You can add up to 10 tags to a single digital asset and use the tags across different assets, enhancing the platform integration with your systems for fast and accurate data retrieval. 

Each digital asset tag must:

• Have a unique name.
• Be up to 255 characters.
• Contain only alphanumeric characters.

To add a digital asset tag:

1. Navigate to the workspace. 
2. Under Workspace, select Digital assets.
3. Find the digital asset for which you want to add or edit a tag. Then, select the three-dot Actions menu.
4. Choose Edit. The Edit digital asset page is displayed. 
5. In the Tags field, enter a tag (up to 255 characters). 
6. Press Enter.
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for up to 10 tags.
8. Select Save. Tags are listed under the Tags field. You can now set up your APIs with tag-based querying.

To remove a digital asset tag; 

1. On the Edit digital asset page, under the Tags field, locate the tag you want to remove. 
2. Select X in the tag name.
