AMP Organization and System Administrators can create a single user or bulk upload users.

To create a new user:
- Select Administration.
- Choose Create User.
- Fill in the user's:
- First name.
- Last name.
- Email.
- Choose the user's role from the dropdown.
- Any user who doesn't already have a license will be given the the privileges of a "Viewer" role regardless of what is selected until a license is added.
- Enter a temporary password for the user.
- Advise the user to reset their password once they've logged in.
- Confirm optional settings:
- Automatically create license: Checking this box creates a license for the user. Licensed users have view and edit access to all non-admin functionality in AMP. Learn more about user types and licenses. You can also assign an unmapped license.
- Grant access to all assets: This permission gives a user access to all current assets in the organization. If the user has a license, this permission grants them edit access to all assets. For users without a license, this permission grants them view access to all assets.
- Select Submit.
Next, you'll need to assign a user type by editing a user.
