Customize the access for individual reports in AMP. You can assign users as a Viewer, Reviewer, Editor, or Owner.
Viewer: Viewers have read-access to the content, but not edit or make any changes to it.
Reviewer: Reviewers have read-access and can edit the Defect ID, Defect Status, and Defect Comment fields on instances in a report.
Editor: Editors can edit any element of the report.
Owner: An Owner has all of the permissions of an editor and is assigned to the user who created the report by default. The report can only have one owner at a time.
Organization and System Administer users have full access to all reports. You don't need to add them to individual reports.

- Select the Edit Report Permissions button (padlock icon).
- Enter the name or email address in the Add Someone field. To add multiple users, put a comma between each email address.

- Note that email addresses that don't belong to an existing AMP user will receive an email even if this box is unchecked.

- Send Email Notification is selected by default. If you don't want to send a notification email, uncheck this box.

- Search for the user you'd like to edit and change their permissions using the dropdown.

To remove a user:
- Go to the report.
- Select the Edit Report Permissions button (padlock icon).
- Search for the user you'd like to remove and select the x icon next to their name.
- Select Submit.
