Is there an onboarding session?
Yes. We offer a 1–1.5 hour onboarding session that covers foundational topics such as digital workflows and document accessibility. The session ends with a brief demo and a high-level overview of the LevelDocs workflow.
If you’ve purchased multiple add-ins, we can also schedule separate, focused sessions, for example, one for the Word add-in and another for the PowerPoint add-in. Ideally, these sessions take place after you’ve had some hands-on experience with the applications associated with the add-ins.
For large organizations with many users, we aim to adopt a train‑the‑trainer model, which may include additional training sessions as needed.

How can I access LevelDocs?
LevelDocs can be purchased as a standalone tool or as a Level Access Platform add-in.
