Who can use this feature?
Organization administrators can:
- Configure and customize the widget
- Enable or disable ART for a digital asset.
- See configuration and status banners, including the top-screen installation banner if the widget is not yet enabled.
Configure, and manage the accessibility widget and ART directly from the platform.
Through this integration, you can:
- Enable or disable the widget directly from your digital asset settings.
- Configure widget appearance and behavior in-platform.
- Manage ART data collection and reporting from a centralized location.
- Ensure consistent branding, security, and accessibility configurations across your organization.
Install the accessibility widget
To install and configure the accessibility widget from within the platform follow the installation steps from Widget integration article.
Customize the accessibility widget
To customize your accessibility widget:
- Repeat steps 1-4 from the installation process.
- Select the Customize tab to choose:
- Widget button color, type, size and location.
- Layout and oversized view.
- Main menu features.
Stats
The Stats tab provides analytics about widget usage and accessibility feature engagement on your website. It helps you understand how visitors interact with accessibility tools and which features are most frequently used.
The Stats tab typically includes the following metrics:
Widget Opens
The number of times visitors open the accessibility widget interface on your website.
This metric indicates how often users actively access accessibility tools.
Feature Usage
A breakdown of which accessibility features visitors enable. Common tracked features include:
- Text size adjustments
- Contrast changes
- Dyslexia-friendly font
- Highlight links
- Pause animations
- Screen reader mode
