Remove a UserWay integration

Who can use this feature?

• Organization administrators.
• Available for Essentials+, Accelerate+, and Enterprise+.

You may want to remove a UserWay integration so you can apply the widget to a different website or if you're archiving your website in the platform.

To turn off a UserWay integration:

1. From the Control hub, select Tools and integrations.
2. Choose UserWay.
3. Find the website you want to remove the integration from.
4. Select the three-dot action menu.
5. Choose Remove.
6. Select Remove site.
