If you run a multi-page scan with authentication details where some page scans are successful and some return the error: The login success field could not be found, either it was wrong or the login failed
, your website may have a limit on concurrent logins.
For multi-page scans, the platform scanning tool scans each page simultaneously and uses the authentication details on each page, meaning websites with concurrent login limits won't allow the scanner access to each page.
One possible solution is to check if there are configurable limits you can turn off. For example, turn off concurrent login limits for the account that's logging in on the scan or turn off concurrent login limits coming from the Level Access IP ranges.
If you can't change the login limit for a user or add the IP ranges to the allowlist, run single page scans for each page or use the browser extension.
