Your organization may use security measures like IP filtering to block access from unknown IP addresses. The platform performs outside calls for automated accessibility scanning and issue tracking connections. If your organization uses IP filtering, you’ll need to add Level Access's public IP addresses to your allowlist to use the platform and tools.

For incoming traffic to the platform, add your organization to allowlist:

The allowed port numbers vary based on the port(s) of your web property. The most common ports to add to your allowlist are:
