Remove an Asana connection

Who can use this feature?

• Organization administrators.
• Available for Essentials, Accelerate, and Enterprise.

You can remove your Asana connection at any time. Removing an Asana connection will unsync any linked tasks and prevent any further syncing from the project or organization.

Remove an Asana connection from the platform

To remove an Asana connection from the platform:

1. Navigate to the organizational level. 

2. Under Manage, select Tools & Integrations, and then select Issue tracking.   

3. Find the Asana connection you want to remove and select the three-dot action menu.
4. Choose Remove.
5. Confirm you want to remove the connection.
6. Select Remove connection.

Remove an Asana connection from a project

To remove an Asana connection from a project:

1. Navigate to the workspace level. 

2. Under Find and Fix, select Projects and tasks. The Projects tab is displayed. 

3. Find the project with the Asana connection and select the three-dot action menu.
4. Choose Edit.
5. Under Connect to issue tracking software (optional), select Remove.
6. Select Save.
