What's a digital assets portfolio
The Portfolio is the central spot for managing all digital assets within a workspace. It shows all digital assets in your workspace.
Use the Portfolio to:
- Find all of your digital assets in your workspace and their latest accessibility stats.
- Track remediation progress across your workspaces.
- Identify which digital assets need attention.
On the Portfolio page, you can perform the following tasks:
- Edit a workspace
- Edit digital asset details such as name, default testing tool (available to Workspace Administrators)
- Add an accessibility statement (available to Workspace Administrators)
- Filter and sort the assets, and use different views, to customize your Portfolio experience and decide what to fix first.
- Set up a monitoring scan to track your accessibility health score on a schedule.
- Check the date and time of:
- Your last monitor under the Last crawl column.
- Next scheduled monitor by selecting the Monitoring field.
- Export (download) your portfolio report as an Excel file.
Edit a workspace from the Portfolio page
You can edit workspace details from the Portfolio page.
To edit workspace details:
- Log in to the platform.
- From the switcher, select a workspace you want to view.
- Select Digital assets. The workspace portfolio is displayed.
- Select Edit Workspace. The Workspace details page is displayed.
- Modify Workspace name and Description.
- Select Save.
Explore your portfolio: List or Card view
To switch between list view and card view:
- Select List view or Card view.
List view
In list view, you can sort by digital asset name, type, monitoring status, last crawl, monitoring health, monitoring conformance level, and remediation progress.
To sort the digital assets in list view, select a column header to sort the list by the header criteria.
Card view
In card view, you can sort by name, score, and critical findings.
To sort information in card view:
- From the Sort by dropdown menu, choose one of the sort criteria.
- Select Sort.
Digital asset details in the portfolio
This table describes the information provided for each digital asset on the Portfolio page.

| Digital asset name |
The name of the digital asset. Select the digital asset name to go to its Dashboard page. |
| Type | The type of digital asset. For example, websites, iOS apps, and Android apps. |
| Monitoring | Shows if the digital asset has monitoring, if monitoring alerts are turned on, and lets you set up monitoring. |
| Monitoring conformance level | The WCAG conformance level used for the accessibility health score. |
| Last crawl |
The date and time of the last automated accessibility scan. Select the last crawl date to go to the Monitoring page. |
| Monitoring health | The asset's latest accessibility health score. |
| Remediation progress |
Shows the percentage of fixed findings from your last manual evaluation, the total number of remaining findings, and the remaining number of critical findings. Select the remaining findings to go to the manual evaluations page. |
