Get started with the workspace dashboard

  • Organization administrators, workspace administrators, and workspace users.
  • Available for Accelerate, Enterprise, and customers who were onboarded to the Level Access Platform before February 20th, 2023.

Display the workspace dashboard

Monitor the risk management status and key benchmarks for your group of assets. 

To display the workspace dashboard:

  1. From the switcher, in the top level navigation bar, select the workspace.
  2. Select the Dashboard tab. The dashboard is displayed. 

Workspace dashboard overview

Use the dashboard to find and understand accessibility data consolidated from all digital assets across your workspace. The dashboard displays accessibility policy compliance data, common trends from the digital assets across your workspace, and your risk management status.

Here, you can: 

  • View results from each automated scanning tool
  • Learn whether you passed the accessibility policy thresholds 
  • Assess the risk status of your digital asset 
  • Understand findings data from a workspace level 
  • Decide what to fix first (prioritize remediation tasks).

Workspace dashboard data

To get started with the Dashboard, set your accessibility policy thresholds.

By default, the dashboard shows:

  • Data from the Access Engine testing tool. To view results from a different testing tool, select it from the report header.
  • Consolidated Findings overview from scans/monitoring and evaluations.
    • To  view data from a single source, from the Source dropdown select Evaluations or Scans.
    • To view data for both Evaluations and Scans, select All.  

The table below describes the dashboard data.

Data  Description
Risk management status

A measurement of accessibility risk based on the average risk management status of all digital assets in your workspace. Learn more about the risk management status.

The risk management status uses the following statuses:

  • Behind
  • Needs attention
  • On track
  • Excelling

Findings summary

  • Resolved

Resolved findings as a percentage, total number, and comparison to the previous week. The summary represents both automated and manual findings.

Includes automated findings with the statuses:

  • Closed
  • Dismissed

Includes manual findings with the statuses:

  • Fixed
  • Not reproducible
  • Dismissed

View details (of Resolved findings)

You can view the percentages and numbers of findings resolved for each digital asset, based on the findings source. 

To do so, select the View details link. The Resolved findings by digital asset pane opens. It tells you how many resolved findings, for scans and evaluations, exist for this workspace. For more information, go to Resolved findings details. 

Findings summary

  • Unresolved 

Shows the following numbers: 

  • Number of critical findings open for more than X days.
  • Number of high-severity findings open for more than X days.
  • Number of low-severity findings open for more than X days.

Includes automated findings with the statuses:

  • Open
  • Re-open

Includes manual findings with the statuses:

  • Open
  • Not fixed
  • Partially fixed
  • Cannot be fixed

View details (of Unresolved findings)

You can view the number of overdue critical, high, and low severity findings for each digital asset in the workspace, based on the findings source.

The number of digital assets with each risk management status over six weeks. For details, go to

  • Select View table. The table lists all digital assets within the workspace, grouped by their risk management status. Possible statuses are:
    • Behind
    • Needs Attention
    • On track
    • Excelling 

View details (of risk management statuses for digital assets): 

  • Select View details. A new pane opens. Here, you can review which digital assets are progressing as planned, and which aren't meeting your goals. Review the following information for each digital asset:
  • Percent of resolved findings
  • Number of resolved findings

Note: Select the name of the digital asset to find more in-depth insights on the Overview page.
Digital assets with the highest number of critical findings

Most compromised digital assets. Lists digital assets with the highest number of critical findings in descending order. Includes the number of critical, high, and low severity findings for each digital asset.

Select the digital asset to learn about:

  • The problem.
  • The history.
  • Remaining findings.
  • Recommendations.

Select Export to download the results. The report includes data from all digital assets in the workspace.

  • Monitoring
 Number of digital assets with monitoring set up. For details, go to Set up monitoring.

Track accessibility tests

  • Manual evaluations
 Number of digital assets with active evaluations. For details, go to Request manual testing.

Most common open findings by success criteria

  • From scans
 Most common open automated findings. Lists the success criteria with the highest number of critical findings in automated scans and monitoring. Includes the number of critical, high, and low severity findings for each digital asset.

 Most common open manual findings. Lists the success criteria with the highest number of critical findings from evaluations. Includes the number of critical, high, and low severity findings for each digital asset.
