- Members of each user group.
- Available for Accelerate, Enterprise, and customers who were onboarded to the Level Access Platform before February 20th, 2023.

You might have deleted the original file from your computer. The extension won’t work if that file has been deleted. |

Your default automated testing tool might be something other than equal-access. |
On the Scan results page in the platform, select equal-access from the dropdown. |

There’s an error with your configuration settings. |
Check the details entered in My settings then try again. |

“Error sending results to platform. Please verify your API Key setting.” |
The API key isn’t valid. |
Generate a new API key on the platform then try again. |

“Error sending results to platform. URL does not belong to digital property.” |
The page you’re trying to scan isn’t one of your approved domains on this digital property. |
Check your approved domains then try again. |

“The scan tag does not exist.” |
The scan tag ID isn’t valid. |
Check the scan tag ID entered in My settings then try again. |

“The digital property does not exist.” |
The digital property ID isn’t valid. |
Check the details entered in My settings then try again. |

“The digital property workspace is closed.” |
The workspace that the digital property is stored within has been closed. |

“The digital property is archived.” |
The digital property has been archived on the platform. |
The digital property must be restored before you can send results to it. |
|
“You have no access to the digital property.” |
You don’t have access to the workspace where the digital property is stored. |
An Organization or Workspace Administrator must add you to the workspace before you can send results to it. |
