To track AMP bugs using your IBM RTC instance, you need to integrate AMP with IBM RTC.
The AMP Organization Administrator must also have admin privileges in IBM RTC.

Integrate AMP and IBM RTC
To integrate AMP and IBM RTC:
- Go to Administration.
- Select Create Bug Tracking Integration.
- Choose IBM Rational Team Concert and select Create Integration.

Fill in the fields:
- RTC Site Address: Enter the URL of the IBM RTC instance.
- RTC Username: Enter the username of an admin IBM RTC user.
- RTC Password: Enter the password of an admin IBM RTC user.
- Select Validate. Once validation is complete, select Next.
Map IBM RTC projects to AMP
Once you integrate AMP and IBM RTC, you need to map the IBM RTC projects to where you want to send AMP bugs.
To map IBM RTC projects:
- Go to Administration.
- Select Bug Tracking Integration.
- Choose Update Project Mappings.
- Choose the IBM RTC project(s) that you'd like to connect with AMP and select Next.
- Expand each IBM RTC project and choose each issue type AMP can create in this IBM RTC project.
- Select Next.

For each project:
- Select the Include checkbox for the IBM RTC fields you'd like to map (Summary is required).
- Use the dropdown to select the AMP field(s) you'd like to map to the IBM RTC field.
- Select Submit.
Add IBM RTC credentials to AMP
After creating the integration between IBM RTC and AMP, you need to add your IBM RTC credentials to AMP to validate the connection.
To add IBM RTC credentials to AMP:
- Go to Preferences.
- Select My RTC Credentials.
- Select Add RTC Login.
- Fill in the following fields:
- Organization: Choose an organization from the dropdown. Only organizations with an existing IBM RTC connection appear on the dropdown.
- Site Address: This field automatically populates the URL for the linked bug tracker.
- Username: Enter the username of the IBM RTC user.
- Password: Enter the password of the IBM RTC user.
- Select Submit.
