Create and view bug tracking tickets from the Violations Instances page on your AMP report.
Jira users: If you're not authenticated into Jira, you'll be prompted to authorize the connection before creating or viewing tickets.

Create bug tracker tickets in AMP
To create a bug tracker ticket from a violation instance in AMP:
- Go to a report containing violations.
- Toggle the report view to Advanced.
- Under the Violations heading, choose Violations Instances.
- Find the instance you'd like to create a bug tracking ticket for and select the gear icon.
- Choose Create Bug Tracking Ticket.
- In the modal, select the project and the issue type.
- Note: You can only select projects and issue types enabled by the organization admin and that are accessible to you in the linked bug tracker.
- Select Next.
- Fill in the relevant fields. Note that some fields may be auto-populated with data from the violation instance.
- Select Submit. When the table refreshes, the linked JIRA issue will show in the Bug Tracking Issues column.
View linked bug tracker tickets
The Violation Instances report displays any existing bug tracker tickets and the status of the ticket.
This data is only displayed to users with permissions to view the ticket and status in the linked bug tracker.
To view linked tickets:
- Go to a report containing violations.
- Toggle the report view to Advanced.
- Under the Violations heading, select Violations Instances.
- Choose Select Columns (table icon).
- In the modal, toggle on the Bug Tracking Issues column.
- Close the modal to view the new column on the table.
