Check monitoring scan results

From the Monitoring page, you can check the scan results from your monitoring scans. Monitoring scan results give you a high-level overview of the scan, findings, and accessibility health.

View monitoring scan results

To view the results of your monitoring scan:

1. Go to Websites/apps.
2. Select the website you'd like to review.
3. Choose Monitoring.
4. Under Most recent scans, select View scan results.

Scan results page

To view finding details from the scan results page:

1. Go to Websites/apps.
2. Select the website you'd like to review.
3. Choose Monitoring.
4. Select View most recent scan results.
5. Find the scan you'd like to review, select the three-dot action menu and choose View scan results.
6. Select the page URL in the Report section.
7. Choose the rule description.

Monitoring page

To view finding details from the Monitoring page:

1. Go to Websites/apps.
2. Select the website you'd like to review.
3. Choose Monitoring.
4. Select the Pages tab.
5. Choose the page URL.
6. Select the rule description.

View component scan results

To view component findings:

1. From the Monitoring page, select the Components tab.
2. Select the Component name.
3. Choose the URL of the page where the component was found.
4. Select the Rule description to view details of the finding.

While your results generate, you can continue tasks on other page. View the results at any time on the Scans page or the monitoring page.

Results are displayed using the default testing tool. For Component results in a different tool, run an automated scan.

View findings by rule

To view finding details by rule:

1. Go to Websites/apps.
2. Select the website you'd like to review.
3. Choose Monitoring.
4. Select the Rules tab.
5. Choose the Rule description.
6. Select the page name. 

View discovered PDFs

To review all pages where the PDF was found:

1. Go to Websites/apps.
2. Select the website you'd like to review.
3. Choose Monitoring.
4. Select the PDF tab.
5. Find the PDF and select the three-dot menu in the Action column.
6. Select View all URLs.

To upload the PDF for testing:

1. Go to Websites/apps.
2. Select the website you'd like to review.
3. Choose Monitoring.
4. Select the PDF tab.
5. Find PDF to upload and select the three-dot menu in the Action column.
6. Select Test PDF. The PDF will be uploaded to the PDF page for testing.
