Download the monitoring history report

Download the monitoring history report to access and analyze the last 12 months of monitoring data. The ability to export 12 months of data reduces manually effort and supports in-depth analysis, progress reporting, and compliance tracking. With historical monitoring data, you can:

• Track progress over time.
• Identify how monitoring settings may impact the results.
• Investigate when problems were introduced.
• Verify accessibility efforts for regulation agents and reports.

Note: The download includes 12 months of data from the date of the download.

Download the report

To download the report:

1. Go to Digital assets.
2. Select the digital asset you'd like to download the data for.
3. Choose Monitoring.
4. Scroll down the Monitoring page.
5. Select View most recent scan results.
6. Select Export and Download report as .xlsx. You'll receive a toast notification and email notification when the report is ready for download.
7. Choose Download report from the in-platform toast notification or from the email.

Monitoring history report data

The monitoring history report includes the following data for each monitoring scan in the past 12 months:

• Scan date
• Scan status
• Recurrence
• Health score
• (Number of) Pages scanned
• Resolved findings since the last scan
• Total findings
• Critical findings
• High findings
• Components with findings
• PDFs discovered
• Start page
• Conformance level and version
• Viewport size
• Testing tool

For the Resolved findings since the lat scan column, note that:

• The value doesn’t include resolved findings from on-demand scans, the browser extension, SDKs, or APIs.
• Resolved finding data is available February 21st, 2025, onward. Retroactive data is not available.
• If you change your monitoring test engine, resolved findings won’t be available for the next monitoring scan. The rules and associated findings vary by testing engine, which impacts the number of resolved findings.
