Service requests from Advisor and Advisor Unlimited.
Questions about accessibility. Questions can relate to general accessibility or specific accessibility questions for your website/app.

|Manual accessibility testing on the specific pages, user flows, or reusable components that you want to prioritize and are a part of core customer flows.
|A report of findings from the submitted pages, flows, or components on the Evaluations page of the platform.
|Validation of fixes (re-testing accessibility findings)
|A manual test to validate your remediation work.
Comments and status updates on the findings from previous manual tests.
|An evaluation of the accessibility of your design elements.
|A report outlining accessibility issues from your design with corresponding images.
|Demand or complaint letter review

|Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) / VPAT Creation
|Create a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) to identify the overall accessibility of your website/app.
|A PDF addressing the overall accessibility of the manipulatable elements of your website/app.
|Fix any accessibility issues in documents. This includes PDFs, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, or InDesign.
|An accessible document with a conformance statement (PAC) confirming the document is accessible.
|Video remediation services
|Create closed captions, transcripts, or audio descriptions for your video content.
Closed captions: An SRT or WebVTT text file that you can upload to your video
Transcripts: A word document with a video transcript.
Audio descriptions: An mp4 file with the original video and the new audio descriptions over the content instead of the original audio.
|Full manual test
|A full manual accessibility test on your website/app. This test covers a representative set of pages and flows from your website/app.
|Manual accessibility test results on the Evaluations page of the platform.
