Using the chat widget
The chat widget is a great way to access our product documentation! To access the chat widget, select Help and Feedback in the bottom right corner of the screen. From there, you can:
- Search our knowledge base by keyword
- Tell us about your experience
- Request support
- See the latest release notes
Accessing training videos
If you have previously received training from the Level Access team then you can also stream these recordings anytime from our Training section in the sidebar.
To access the training videos,
- Click Training in the product sidebar after login
- Next, click on the video you would like to view. The video will play inline
Contacting your Accessibility Team
The Accessibility Team section gives you access to the contact information for your Level Access team. Here you can see who’s part of your team as well as their contact information.
To contact a member of your Level Access team:
- Go to your Portfolio
- Select Accessibility Team
- Select Send Email or Copy Email
Send Email will start a new email with your default mail application and Copy Email will copy that team member’s email to your clipboard so you can paste it in any email platform.
