Invite multiple users to your organization at the same time from the Teams page. Bulk invites allow you to add users, assign permissions, and send invitation emails in a single workflow.
On this page:
Invite users
To invite users:
- Navigate to Teams.
- Select Invite members (+).
- Enter one or more email addresses.
- Select the appropriate permission for each user.
- Select Save.
Level CI sends an invitation email to each user.
Add multiple users
The bulk invite table supports adding and removing multiple user entries before sending invitations.
For each user, provide:
- Email address
- Permission level
You can add as many rows as needed before saving.
Import users from a file
You can copy and paste a list of email addresses into the bulk invite table.
Level CI supports the following delimiters:
- Comma (,)
- Semicolon (;)
- New line (\n)
- Windows new line (\r\n)
Each email address is added as a separate user entry.
If no permission is specified, users are assigned the default Project Viewer permission.
Validate user information
Before invitations are sent, Level CI validates all email addresses.
You cannot save the invitation list if:
- An email address is invalid.
- Required information is missing.
Correct any validation errors before submitting the invitation.
Manage pending invitations
After invitations are sent, invited users appear in the Teams page with a Pending invite status until they complete onboarding.
Users with pending invitations display a placeholder avatar until their profile is created.
Complete onboarding
When a user receives an invitation email, they can select the invitation link to begin onboarding.
The invitation link opens the Reset Password page, where the user:
- Creates a password.
- Enters a first name.
- Enters a last name.
Both first name and last name are required to complete onboarding.
After onboarding is complete, the user can sign in and access Level CI based on their assigned permissions.
