Organization administrators can manage users at all levels of an organization (organization, workspace, and digital assets level).
Note: Permissions granted at higher levels are inherited. For example, permissions granted to a workspace user are inherited by a digital asset user. Organization Administrators have full access to all workspaces and digital assets.

Add a user to a group
You can add users at all three levels of the platform. You can assign a role at the organizational level and workspace level, but not at the digital asset level (it remains as is).
In this example, we will add an existing user to a workspace and assign her a role of Workspace administrator. The procedure is the same for other levels of the hierarchy.
To add one or more users:
- Under Manage, select Organization settings, and then Organization details. The Management page is displayed.
- Select the hierarchy level of your choice. For example, select a workspace.
Under Users tab, select Add users. The Add user modal is displayed.
From the Role dropdown, select the user role. For example, select Workspace administrator.
Search for one or more users already in the organization.
Select the user(s) you want to add.
Select Add user. The selected users are added to the chosen level of hierarchy. In this example, users are added to the workspace. As well, a visual indicator, user chip, is displayed for added users.
Remove a user from the group
To remove existing user permissions and group membership:
- Under Manage, select Organization settings, and then Organization details. The Management page is displayed.
- Select the hierarchy level of your choice. For example, select a workspace.
Go to the Users tab.
Select the X icon next to the name of the user you want to remove. A confirmation dialog appears.
Select Remove user. The user permissions and group membership are removed. The user will still exist in the platform.
Export a list of users
Organization administrators can export a list of users at different levels and for different nodes in the hierarchy, and use the resulting report to audit and analyze user access.
To export a list of users for a specific node in the hierarchy:
Note: The resulting file includes only the users that have access to the specific node (both directly assigned and inherited access). The file will contain this information: First Name, Last Name, Email, Group(s), Status, Created Date, Last Login, and contextual information about the node, for example, (e.g., User list report - Workspace A - 01.25.2025).
Under Manage, select Organization settings, and then Organization details. The Management page is displayed.
Select a platform level from the navigational tree. For example, in an organization that has Workspaces A, B, and C, select Workspace A.
From the Users tab, select Export users.
Select a download link to access the report. The download begins. You will see the following message:
The report is being generated. You will receive a notification and an email when your file is available for download. When the download completes successfully, the following message is displayed:
A user list report was generated and is available for download.Select the Download report link.
Filter a workspace by a user group
To filter a workspace by a user group (All groups, Workspace admins or Workspace users group):
Log in to the platform.
Under Manage, select Organization settings, and then Organization details. The Management page is displayed.
Select the workspace from the navigational tree.
-
On the Users tab, from the Filter menu, select an option:
