Who can use this feature?
- Organization administrators.
- Available for all packages.
As an organization administrator, you can export a list of users within your organization. Use the resulting report to audit and analyze user access and perform bulk updates efficiently.
To export a list of users:
- Under Manage, select Organization settings, and then Users. The User Management page is displayed.
- Select a platform level for which you want to export user list. For example, search for a workspace and a digital asset associated with the users.
Select Export users to start the export job. When the export job finishes successfully:
- The User report ready message appears.
- You see an in-app notification, containing a download link.
- You receive an email with the same download link.
- Click any of the two download links to download the report.
Alternatively:
- Under Manage, select Organization settings, and then Organization details.
- From the navigational tree on the left, select the platform level which you want to export user list. For example, select a workspace and digital asset.
- Select the Users tab.
Select Export users.
- Click any of the two download links to download the report.
The following table describes the contents of the report:
Item | Meaning |
First Name | The user's first name. |
Last Name | The user's last name. |
The user's email address, | |
Workspaces | Workspaces the user is a part of. |
Digital assets | Digital assets the user can access. |
| Group names | Groups that the user belongs to. |
| Status | The status of this user. Users can be Active or Inactive. Inactive users have been deactivated on the platform. |
| Created date | The date this user was added to the platform. |
| Last login | The last time the user logged in. |
