Reset your password

If you forget your password, you can reset it from the log in page.

To reset your password:

1. On the platform Login page, select Reset password instructions.
2. Enter your email address and select Request password. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
3. In the email, select Reset your password.
4. Enter a new password.
5. Select Set password.
