Reset your Level Access Academy password

If your forget your password or are an academy-only customer accessing the new learning experience for the first time, you'll need to reset your password.

To reset your academy password:

1. Go to http://learn.levelaccess.com/.
2. Select Forgot Password?.
3. Enter your email.
4. Choose Reset My Password. You'll be sent an email to reset your password.
5. In the email, select the reset password link.
6. Enter the:
   1. New password.
   2. New password (again).
7. Choose Change Password. You can now log in to Level Access Academy with your new log password.
